Below, you’ll find the answers to some questions we get from prospective tenants.
Is there parking available? No, unfortunately there is no parking available.
How does the house get cleaned? There is a professional cleaning service that comes once a month to clean all the common areas of the house.
How much are utilities? So you have to pay fewer bills, all utilities (water, power, gas, trash, and wireless internet) are $125 a month.
Is there AC? There is an individual AC unit in each room throughout the building.
Are pets allowed? There is an additional $500 pet deposit and $50 a month pet rent charge.
Is there laundry on site? There are many washers and dryers on the property which take credit card.
How do I access my room? Access control to the individual rooms and the building is all done via keypads.
Are the rooms furnished? Yes- every rooms come with a bed, frame, desk, closet, mini fridge, and TV. If you are leasing a room as a single, the extra bed and frame will be moved out.
Is there a kitchen? Because eating out every meal is expensive, tenants have access to 1 of 3 shared full sized kitchens on the property that each have a stove, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher.
What can I cook with? To help keep the kitchen clean, we ask that tenants bring their own cookware.
What are the bathrooms like? 23 of the 30 rooms have private bathrooms. The other 7 rooms share 4 separate individual bathrooms.
Why is there an application fee? We want to provide a safe and secure environment, and the application fee goes towards running a background check on all the tenants who we refer to the property.
How can I make payments? Payments for deposit and rent are made via Orion Housing's tenant portal.
Is there a security deposit? Yes, there is a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent that is refunded at the end of your lease, minus damages. The deposit is due on the date you move in.
Can I move in before August 10th? There is some availability to move in earlier, please indicate your desired move in date on your application and we'll see what we can do.
Can I move out after July 20th? Yes, there is also some flexibility on the move out date as well.
